Terms of Use

The Service is intended for adults age 18 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

• You create an account with an email address and password after downloading the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time via draipery.com/delete-account.

You may use the Service to catalog your own wardrobe, create and visualize outfits, plan outfits ahead of time, and receive context-aware suggestions, for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Current pricing, billing frequency, and any trial or introductory terms are shown in the app, through the applicable app store, before you purchase.
• Billing is handled by the applicable app store (Apple, and Google once Android is available), not directly by ZRo Friction Digital LLC.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it through your app store account first.

You retain ownership of the photos and wardrobe information you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to render your wardrobe, build outfits, and generate visualizations you request.

Virtual try-on visualizations and other images generated from Your Content ("Generated Content") are made available to you within the Service for your personal use. Generated Content is produced using third-party image processing providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including cloud hosting, authentication and storage, image processing for virtual try-on and color detection, weather data, and subscription management. These providers are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of these third parties.

The Draipery name, logo, app, and website (excluding Your Content) are owned by ZRo Friction Digital LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Outfit suggestions, weather information, and virtual try-on visualizations are provided for informational and planning purposes and may not always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZRo Friction Digital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
